After hardening and straightening, the parts are tested for correct hardness and hardness depth at 7 positions.
 O.K. parts are forwarded to the grinding machine, not O.K. parts to a lockable container.

The test ositions are adjusted by means of a master steering rack and adjustable light barriers.
For this reason the system is very versatile and can easily be set for other parts types.
